Within two years, I cant wait, that could be amazing.

I wonder if SWGII could be Ray Traced, I think I'd pee myself if it were.

Be a while off before we have 16 core CPUs

SWG may run better by then. :P

No not long I think, possibly a year.

The exciting one is the "Transcale" CPU.

Get this 80 cores, yep 80, running a 4.5 GHz

I've done a bit of asking around, it could well be coming our way within the next 4 years.

Of course Microsoft couldn't handle it, it doesn't really handle two cores.

After reading the various articles on the Mhz race, the transistor and physics barrier, the only way for them to go is more cores.

So I guess that if the core race gets as heated as the Mhz race was, you might be right :) Should we call that "A'ton's law"?
