Ordered a new Graphics card

Well I cant wait for ATI DX10 cards.
So I've ordered a X1950 pro ultimate to tide me over.
Since the 1950 is what the devs of Vanguard use hopfully vanguard will perform better now.

You should notice loads of difference.
Use of undefined constants causes assumptions!
