Easiest way is to extract to desktop first. Then copy the folders to your SWG directory. There should be 3 folders. "Camera", "ui" and "textures"

Huh i have them all in the main section but the only thing that is working is the targeting reticle just my luck

Go to your StarWars Galaxies folder, Look for a 'ui' folder and in that you should have 3 other alternate folders and a bunch of ui files.
You can find the detailed layout in the readme.

ok i got it to work but the second chat window isnt there how do you get that?

You need to drag a chat tab off the first window to make a new window.
You can also create new tabs by right clicking on the top of the chat window. Then double click the new tabs to assign chat channels.
