Got a large jar of beetroot put it in the mixer zipped it up, till pureed then added half a can of coconut milk, whizzed it, added a tablespoon of soy sauce, whizzed one final time.
Result was ok but not good as a soup, cant eat a lot of it. However discovered it makes an ace salad dressing.
