Currently I have to be in passive mode, but I would like some help reconfiging my Linux/Windows to change to Active.

Linux (Which connects to NET) IP: 192.168.1.1 - Thats my eth0 card which talks to my network
Windows IP: 192.168.1.99 - Any computer just connects in and linux assigns ip in range of 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.255

What do I have to add to IPTABLES in linux to port forward???
When port forwarding complated, what/are the changes needed on windows in the bcdc+ application?

I forwarded ports 1411 - 1412 TCP & UDP on my linux box to the IP of my DC++ machine. (10.0.0.1)

In DC++ settings I set it to active mode, and for the IP, i used a DNS client address running on that machine instead of my external IP

The same address in both boxes and Port 1412 for connections and 1411 for searching.

So in BCDC+ you set the IP to which
1. The IP assigned by Netspace to your linux connection (in the form of 203.113.245.xxx)
2. The IP address of you ethernet card connected to your DSL modem (eg eth0)
3. Or the IP address of you ethernet card conencted to your Internal Network (eg eth1)

the external IP, the one to netspace.

Thats why i use a dns client, or you have to change it when it changes.
