Forum Software Update

Today I updated the forum software to the latest version (we were falling behind by 2 versions.)
This updated required all themes to be updated with it, so I decided to remove all the themes which were unused or had 1 or 2 people using it. Having fewer themes will make the next update much quicker to do. The most popular themes remained, and I also added another one to try out.
