Still, i dont see a problem with anything he said. I know that I went to another country, I would expect i'd have to be the one making the effort, learning their laws, their language and culture. You can't change the country for every new person who comes along, so it makes sense for the new people to make the choice.

Same goes for those who go to other countries with severe and strange laws, and when they suddenly find themselves in trouble or in prison, they complain about it. They made the choice to live there or visit there, so it's their responsibility to adhere to those laws.

We had some guy who wouldnt take orders if not in english at his restaurant. They called him a racists.

Hey lores, im confused. Can u elaborate? Cause if a guy in an english speaking country does not take any orders other than english i dont see the issue?

Political correctness and politics intersect. The owner of the restaurant insisted that everyone palce orders in english. This upset the Latino community and therefore a segment of the electorit. This segment votes overwhelmingly democratic so the democratic leadership condemned the action as rasict. I'll see if I can find the article.
