I am not sure which is the most audacious: people - presumably, new-comers, complaing about the culture and (non-harmful) religious practices of a pre-existing community, or the Legal System that agrees with their complaints and passes it into law.

I was labouring under the impression that foreigners had to integrate with American culture and history before they could be accepted as citizens?
