As long as 1. the child is well cared for and well loved (negated by his appearing on the Oprah Winfrey show and thus world news) 2. no procedures were used to make this happen that would otherwise have been spent on the saving of lives or the care of those children seeking adoption, then I really don't know what the fuss is or why he has gone public.
