Details
=======
This mod is based off the T-51b Powerarmour mod of mouse0270 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=691.
Like mouse0270, I felt that most Power Armour was far too heavy considering that it's meant to "do the work for you" while wearing it, but I also wanted to retain the carry weight while unequipped.
Before this mod I was mostly using the Riley's Ranger combat armour, as it had similar resists to power armour, but was loads lighter.
What I did was similar mouse0270's T-51b idea, but I added a new effect to all Power Armour types, which gives you a bonus to Carry Weight while wearing it.
The weight bonus for armour is weight+5, and the helmets are neutral weight. So the armour still has weight while carrying it, but once equiped you get the full benfit of powered armour with neutral weight and a small bonus (As of version 1.1, there is also a neutral weight version without hte +5 bonus.) All-in-all, i believ it's now worth wearing over Riley's Ranger Armour.
