Any of you have this game for PC? I just DL'd it from a website and I'm looking for peeps to kill.

I did have it installed for years, and i was teh ub3r jediz, but like counter strike before it, it got boring after a while.

I've reinstalled it a few times to look at the cool mods that are out, but they didnt manage to keep me entertained for long. Though nothing much does these days of living in a ADHD society.

Spore is OMFG awesome btw.

I haven't even looked at spore to tell you the truth, what is it? Looked like just a random creature generator from the vids...don't know how that could keep one entertained....

there is the creature creator and then there is the full game
i've only played the CC, but i made amonster with a huge cock and spikey balls, that makes me laugh like a big child

The creature creator is something you will use a lot in the game, but the game is more a strategy game. Kinda a cross between Age of Empires, the sims and imperium galactica.

Except you build your units from the ground up, starting at single cell organisms, and evolving at many stages along the way to intergalactic combat and planetary colonisation. Everything you create and everything everyone else in the world creates can be used to populate the galaxy of creatures (even Toucan's Sporn) and every planet in every solarsystem has differnt critters at differnt stages of evolution.

The detail is quite amazing. I spent last night abducting citizens and critters from planets and dropping them on other planets in my mock-up starship Enterprise
