They could accomplish the same thing a lot more cheaply by putting Al Gore in a rowboat and leaving him in some appropriately-effective location to spew his hot air. Preferably, this location would be one that's, oh, a few thousand miles from the nearest land.

Their test server was/is basically an Athlon 64 on a cable-modem connection, last I knew. Impressive performance, considering the setup.
